More than 25 years of experience managing MFIs and PAYGo companies in Sub-Saharan Africa. He co-founded the USD 125m CMI Fund (now ASA Int.), and led SolarNow in Uganda and Kenya for 10 years. He heads the MAF Lab, mentoring LMD leaders on disciplined, customer-honest growth.
Koen Wasmus
Director of Credit
A senior MSME banker with 30 years' experience across 20+ countries. Koen has founded, scaled, and led multiple successful MFIs and banks, and serves on SANAD's TA Facility Committee and the board of Adehyeman Savings & Loans Company, Ghana.
Alex Galicier
Head of Technology
15 years of experience in the energy sector in Africa. He previously served as Group Head of Credit Risk and Strategy at d.light where he was responsible for a portfolio of $130+ million. Alex is co-founder of PAYGo Lab and serves as its Head of Analytics.

20 years of management and leadership experience, most recently as MD of SolarWorks in Mozambique. Having seen firsthand how complex and risky the integrated PAYGo model is, Nuno's deep drive is to design and develop business models that are sustainable and scalable.

Marie Deciree is a marketing and CX leader with 15+ years in PAYGo. At Fenix/Engie she lifted NPS by 11 percent and upgraded call-center operations. At PAYGo Lab she guides teams through PAYGo 2.0, strengthening customer care and end-to-end service.
